Hi guys don't lose hope poh. I just received my Nomination Certificate.
Sinakto nila sa expiration ng work permit ko yun Approval ng nomination ko.

Jan. 02, 2015-WP expired
Jan. 02, 2015-Letter of Nomination

1st email u get from AINP says they got ur file and second with file number.. u can call both AOR or 1st one AOR and second file number email or something else...

i got only one email which says your file number is ......
my application was received dec 19. Engineering occupation cat.

well may be they have changed system lately. because when we applied back feb last year everybody would get an acknowlodgment from AINP tht they got our file and then after like 2-3 months get file number. i guess now a days they dont receive tht many files like used to so they can send file numbers within few days so no need to confirmation of receipt of application..

If this guys WP expires on jan 2 how would he apply for PR under CIC would he be able to get BOWP would they still allow the guy to apply co Ive heard stories were CIC rejects the application bec status is already expired

he has 90 days for to restore his status after expired work permit while ha can not work untill he restore his status and with nomination only he can alws apply for closed work permit. tht is my understanding... but wht doesnt make sense here is how come this guy from january already got nomination and ppl from december with noc still waiting..something is wrong i think.

I know eh...doesn't make sense..back few days ago they were asking people to provide LMIA and now they just issued a certificate on an expired wp..i received a file number the same day so lets see what happens :

Mine was Janury 15, 2014 got my file number on march 23. I called yesterday inquiring about my application the lady said they were stil processing and reminded me about the processing times. Oh my as much as I want to be happy for this guy who got his nomination but I cant help but wonder how come application submitted much earlier than this still hanging
