Did your friend study in Alberta? Was her NOC C related to her field of study in Alberta?

Yes,she studied in Bow Valley College and got a diploma in Business Admin with a focus in Accounting. Got nominated through her job as an Accounts Payable clerk, which is NOC C.
He is the link for the selection criteria NOC 0,A,B,C and D are eligible. It is at their discretion who they nominate based on labour market information.

Has anyone received (or known of anyone who has) a rejection letter instead of a nomination? Or do they just not contact you at all if they decide not to nominate you?
I applied for AOS on October 22nd 2018 and haven’t heard anything yet, I have just over a month left on my visa so getting a bit worried that I won’t hear anything from them!
