Hey there, EDS IG Dec 7 here, Me and my boss just got a phone call from AINP

He's pretty nice asking for address, work, hourly rate and how many hours per week and job duties (he's asking a lot of questions regarding job duties). It was a 6 min call.

I work NOC C, but he's saying my job is higher level and will find a higher NOC for me. I'm not sure.

Then he called my boss asking if I worked there, and basically the same question he asked me (to confirm I guess).

My boss got a call from AINP again half an hour later
30 mins after, got the nomination email

The officer was very nice here was what he asked me
1. Address
2. Email
3. Company
4. Position
5. Job duties (he's asking me a lot about what I do every day)
6. Salary
7. Hours worked per week

My boss got the same questions

mine is 7 dec too . Not any update yet

Someone came at my workplace and he was asking for organizational chart too as Ainp officer asked for his employee so we just made a chart (just on excel sheet) that showed all of the employee's name and their position working under that company

45 mins after, got the nomination email
