Waiting under NOC 1243since April 2014 under EDS . Haven't heard anything.

yes they asked me for additional doc.

and officer emailed me my nomination and mailed as well.

When did they ask you for additional documents? and they just asked for pay stubs?

By work permit vegerville..bcz his work permit and expired and was waiting for AINP..

I hope I am wrong, but it sounds like departure order. Your brother has to leave Canada in 30 days as his work permit has expired and 90 days (implied status grace period) has elapsed. He might be out of status by now either as visitor/student/worker.

If it is a departure order, he has to verify his exit with Immigration officer at the border to make sure they record his departure. If 30 days period has elapsed, departure order automatically becomes a deportation order..

I might be wrong, and as I said above, I wish I am wrong

It seems like it takes a week but it also seems pretty random. some people are getting it in 2 days, some in 10..
did you get a request?
