That person who received PR in 2 months, applied for AINP on Jan 7th 2014 and no update from AINP until now. Her WP expires April 19. I am sure AINP will give her a certificate even thou she's got her PR already

ahah...so AINP's backlog will be clear one way or the other...it means most of the EDS-skilled applicants wont need AINP they will probably get PR in couple of months who have already got AOR through EE.i hope AINP will look at it and stop wasting limited quota they got...

But they are still accepting new applicants so the number will never go down

I got fired from my job on July 1, 2014. Since then I have been working in one of the ineligible occupation. I never let AINP know about anything about my firing or about me working in ineligible occupation. Today an officer called me and inquire me if I m still working at same place. I said no. So she got upset and told me I should have told AINP. I played dumb and told her that I assumed for SRS-PGWP I thought I don't have to update. She said in any case I have to keep them updated and asked me to submit AINP 009B first two pages again plus work confirmation letter and job description. She asked me to scan and email as well as send the docs through regular mail. I said I will do that tomorrow.

I am pretty sure looking at my case they will reject my application. I just thought to tell you guys so in case if someone is going through same situation can be alert.

he applied May 2014 under EDS - skilled worker. we were told that if AINP will start to process your application they will contact you to provide updated documents. his WP expired Dec 2014

New express draw came with 469 points. That's frustrate us. They close all the doors for us.

i know its frustrating now since april 1st deadline is gone. we dont know wht they are doing...i hope they see tht most of ppl who applied in skilled category with LMIA also got ITAs and pretty much done with their PR process..go look this below link i see lots ppl who has AINP pending are in final stage of PR approval.

calling AINP is pointless because they are only saying ur file waiting to be processed.no timeline nothing.

People here waiting for since Nov 2013 to get their application process. Myself waiting for since Feb 5/2014.

The other thing is people receive their nominations and don't even say anything,, they are just keeping silent ...that is very sad too

Lots of them got ITA and nomination and most of them probably using nomination just extend WP just a thought..
Now seems like only ppl is left from dec 2013 and early months of 2014 are EDS-IGC..tht is why no movement here in this topic.
I wonder are they giving nominations to ppl under EDS-IGC and their WP is expiring or its just for ppl with LMIA ??
