Hey. Mate I'm not in four year cap. I came Canada in March 2012.my work parmit expire dec 2014 and
implied stutas 73 days done to. I don't have any idea what to do next. Looking for lmia but is impossible to find now? Feeling so sad

I thing you can apply open work permit now.better you talk with your local immigration office thy will inform you more detail.

Last December, his employer got him on EDS-Skilled AINP and applied. What is his chances? He is under NOC B. Thank you for your replies.

If he has LMIA or LMO, tell him to apply for EE.

I think they are distributing nominations like hot dogs but the news did not come here. After a month or so, there may be news on AINP website that says around 3000 nominations are already distributed .......yaare yaare yaree blah blah blah ;D . that is the pattern they are following now.

Yeah, Nov 2013. NOC B (i was NOC C when I applied) under International Graduate.

it would be better for you to apply in different provinces. BC and Manitoba may be the best.For AINP nomination, only Santa Claus knows about its processing time and you have wait until December to see him. ;D 8) : :-X :-X :'(
