If they cannot or do not want then let the applicant know. But do not cheat by hiding the information. it is not a part of a game. It is a real life every applicant is facing.

that im not pretty sure. she just mentioned she called up ainp bec shes just on her 3rd year here and expiring in april but was told to look for lmia.

Third year means the girl must be PGWP. What a bad luck for PGWP holders after spending time and a lot of money to get this crap.

I shouldnt say this but if they had to live like us even for a week we would be treated fairly...
They make rules of their liking..cant leave the job, cant have expired WP, cant do this and cant do tht and we after complying all those stuff waiting for a year just to process our files and then they dont even say they need us or not...keep on leaving us in limbo...

I think you should update anyway, cause it's not like your salary has increased by a couple of hundred $. Its your NOC that has changed, and if they call you, you may have a problem.

Don't ask silly questions. If they call you and find out that you are performing job duties not described in your application, they could even reject your application. You should update it.

If anyone have ample time left in pgwp I suggest to leave this province. If they had minimum brains; they should understand we are sticking on with the job only to get pr. There might be a scam or some cruel plot is going on against the applicants. If they aren't able to give nomination to people who applied more than a year ago! Why are they still accepting new applications. . ? Good Lord! Bless them!
