AINP processing time is varying alot, i think its case to case base.. the more simple your case the faster to verify it and to get nomination? do you think its true?

most of the cases they require us to work for same employer in alberta so they can call and verify tht easily.. so most of the of the cases are straight forward i think...it just how they process and who they process is alws a guessing game..

The AINP is not obligated to assess/process any applications submitted. Applications to the AINP are treated as an expression of interest, and as such, will be processed according to quality of the application (completeness, eligibility), labour market information, occupational supply and demand forecasting, AINP application volumes, and/or any other factors at the AINP’s discretion. By submitting an application to the AINP you acknowledge and agree that your application may not be processed in the order received, or at all. Further, the decision to assess / process any particular application, and the outcome of any such assessment/processing, is at the AINP’s sole discretion. Program criteria are eligibility minimums, and meeting program criteria does not guarantee that an applicant’s application will be assessed, processed, or granted.

This is the statement on their website, it depends on alot of factors

it seems to be that the processing time on their website means they will process your application in the time frame but they will only grant nomination when there is shortage of NOC code

that is the reason why its been a guessing game and endless waiting..
but i was talking about applicant's side tht most of cases are straight forward given the fact tht most of us working for same employer..
and now looking at those AWE ppl looks like they are going with expiration dates like mims2000 posted here.

Ainp program is only for those who are reaching their 4 year cap. Everyone who called up ainp said the same thing. Its not really for everyone. Good for those who will be included in the program and unlucky for us who are wishing to stay in canada but with expiring work permits. i tried to apply in other company but they dont have LMIA and was told that it is almost impossible to get it. Wowww.. just wow AINP!!!
