We dont know what will be with us who already got NOIs and still in process of getting Nomination... Will they give us Nominations or cancel our files.

Hello guys, I have a question regarding AOS for my brother. He is currently working as a full time crew member in Mcdonalds from last 6 months with NOC 6711. Does he require any employer support letter or a job offer is enough?
Secondly he has done his diploma in general studies how can we prove that his studies align with his job? Thanks
