r POLICE CLEARANCE from your home country??...

Hi all,
I am on a 90 day grace period and going to apply for cec,i will also apply for police clearance simultaneously from my home country.
CAN I APPLY FOR A PCC DURING THIS TIME,WHEN I DONT HAVE A STATUS LIKE VISITOR,STUDENT OR WORKER???...But,i am going to restore my status.I will file for it within this week.

You mean "Can I apply for PCC from home country, even though I don't have a valid status in Canada?"

Then, yes. You are always welcome by your mother land, even when you are a wanted person.

PCC is not required at the time of submission of CEC application. You can send it later, after you have received AOR (file number).
