Is this about extending your visa?? Okay...you said you wanted to do the research! (Meaning I know nothing about it, just found some stuff for you to look at)

Here is a quote from the first link...

"A temporary resident must apply to extend their period of authorized stay before it ends. If they have done so, their period of authorized stay as a temporary resident is extended by law until a decision is made (R. 183(5)). The person is considered to have "implied status" as a temporary resident during that period."

@ mmadsen55... It was just included in the note R-183- accompanying employer or joining employer..
Do yuo have any idea if trv has been issued but need to come to canada with the employer, can she come to canada alone?? Thank you!!
