Hi Seniors!
I am applying for PR under CEC (Canadian Experienced Class), I have a few questions on my application forms:
On Schedule A - Background/Declaration Form
1. Does being a member of CFA Institute and GARP should also be mentioned under Question 9 (on page 2) under membership or association with organization?
On Supplementary Information Your Travels Form
2. If I only traveled to China (my hometown) and Canada, do I still need to fill any information under “You”? Should I just check on “did not travel” as my vacation back to China didn't count, right?
3. If my Spouse is already a Canadian Citizen, does he still need to provide any travel information on this form even though he has been traveled to places other than his own hometown (UK) and Canada, he has been to USA as well.
On Economic Class (Canadian Experience Class) From
4. If I already have the regular 1 year full time work experience (under eligible NOC code); and in addition, I also have a period of 7 months self-employed (incorporated) work experience (being a contractor to a company, and paid by a third agency) before being switched to full time position (which is over 1 year already). Do I still need to mention the self-employed period under “Your Work Experience in Canada” on Page 2 of this form?
Thanks in advance for your advise!
