Hi Quorax

I want to apply under FSW. Actually I have applied in year 2005 for immigration to canada but that case is very slow. Now i want to apply again making my wife as principal applicant as she is in 38 profession list with good experience.I have one or two questions, would appreciate if you can please answer them

1) In schedule 1 Background declaration form point no. 9 (ii) ask for previously applied for canadian immigration. What should i select here (Y/N). Will Canadian office accept my second case when i have previous one going on or it will have a negative impact on this new case

2) In schedule 1 Background declaration form point 10 for Education. My wife has done 3 years diploma in nursing so I should write details of 10th, 12th and diploma only. Am I right?

Also the same point no. 10 ask for the number of years of school you successfully completed for each of the following levels of education. What should I write in boxes provided for Elementary Primary Education, Secondary High school, University College or Trade secondary school.

3) In Application for PR in Canada, Point number 19 ask for Identity Card Number. what is that any number in Passport or what?

Please help me out sir. Need your support to go ahead

Thanks and Regards

Definitely, you have to be honest of all answers. It won't effect any, you can have 2 applications.

2) In schedule 1 Background declaration form point 10 for Education. My wife has done 3 years diploma in nursing so I should write details of 10th, 12th and diploma only. Am I right?

Although, I could not understand this question but answer is yes. If you are talking about years of education, then 12 years of regular education plus 3 years diploma, you will write 15 years for your wife's education.

Also the same point no. 10 ask for the number of years of school you successfully completed for each of the following levels of education. What should I write in boxes provided for Elementary Primary Education, Secondary High school, University College or Trade secondary school.

Exactly!!

3) In Application for PR in Canada, Point number 19 ask for Identity Card Number. what is that any number in Passport or what?

Depends on your origin, some countries do have identity cards for its people, for in land documentation/identification etc. Some thing called "National Identity Card" or similar. But its not compulsory, if you have that type of identification card, then write the number, otherwise put "N/A".

Please help me out sir. Need your support to go ahead

Thanks and Regards

Hi Sachin,

Sorry for the delay... wasn't online for sometime. Member Mahharrouf has provided u the perfect answer in the meantime. I second that.

Qorax

Thanks a lot Mehroof and Quorax for your prompt and relevant reply.

Now one last question i have is regarding the PCC. There are two type of PPC's. One is provided by the passport office and the other one is by the DCP office police station. When I get approval from CIO Nova Scotia and have to submit my document to Delhi Canadian office within 120 days, which PPC i have to submit. Please advise as DCP office PCC is hard to arrange and has limited period validity. If passport office PCC is okey at this stage then do I need to submit the PCC available from police station at a later stage as well

Your advises and guidance are our making our path more smooth and enjoyable

Thanks

Regards
Sachin

A PCC is a PCC. U can obtain it from any of the above sources. Go ahead with the easy path.

It's not necessary at all, cause they do not request that from dependents.
but my relatives had test both, they just had free time and that was helpful to get ready for my brother (principal applicant)

SACHIN,

ONLY THE PRINCIPAL APPLICANT IS REQUIRED TO CLEAR THE IELTS.

BEST OF LUCK.

Hello

I have worked 4 years in a big hospital as a Staff Nurse. Now from last 2 years I am working in a different hospital doing more or less the same duties and responsibilities.

1) When I mention my duties and responsibilities in Background declaration, Should I write "Duties and responsibilities in hospital A and B" clubbed together as they are more or less same?

2) Also should I attach a separate sheet for my detailed duties and responsibilities as the space provided is not enough?

This question is for sending my application to CIO, Nova Scotia

Please advise

U r right sachin with #2, i would have separated both hospitals, just make yr case strong enough without living any subject under question. In the Schedule 1 u will be mentioning every year anyway and it's better it'll match to Schedule 3 (years and places of work). good luck :)

hi Sachin11

Yes, you should put it in. It doesn't increase your points but it may help them paint a better picture of who you are and how you will be successful in Canada

Hello

The supporting documents like Passport photocopy and IELTS photocopy which is required to be sent to CIO should be notarized or just photocopy is okey. Kindly advise

Photocopies are fine for submission to the CIO.
