i need help ,, i applied for my PR under canadian experience class, i already had 3 yrs of working experience under 4214 NOC Code. I am presently working and want to quit from my present boss ,, The scheduled opening of my papers is this month of JUly if i find another emplyer that can give me work permit will this affect my application?

The CEC guide says you do not have to be employed when you apply but you should have the required work experience. Make sure you give your employer adequate notice(2 weeks is the minimum) and leave on good terms.

You dont have to be employed, I applied for PR and had to leave the job in 3 months it doesnt affect you file

Your application is evaluated on your qualifications as of the date you applied. It does not matter to the CEC application if you quit, get a new job, return "home", etc.

As you know, you will need a new work permit to work for a different employer.

If you quit your job, try to do so on good terms. That is good advice at any time, but also, it is entirely possible that CIC will call your old employer to verify the information in the Letter of reference.

exactly what jes said, quit in good terms they might call to verify

I need some clarifications.

I have the required work experience under the right NOC code to apply for my PR under CEC.

But just last week I was laid off by my employer with whom I have a closed work permit until September 2014.

I have my scheduled English Tests this month and thereafter I would like to apply for my PR.

Will my un-employment pose as a problem if I apply for my PR this month?

Please advice.

Thank you so much.

No.

I am in a similar situation though not exactly the same. My supervisor gave me the letter but I recently found out that he resigned from the company. But he still agreed to take any calls from cic after he left as well. Would this be a problem now?

You just asked this question and I gave an answer! No need to post twice.

I think it's also good to ask someone who still works there(and is aware of your main duties/responsibilities) whether they would be willing to be contacted by CIC.
