Hi guys,

I didnt know in which section to ask this questions, so i figured here would be the best.

Pretty much my questions is, i just finished school in December and i recently applied for Post Graduate Work Permit, however an emergency came up in my home country, and i have to leave by Beginning of May, and im not sure if my Post Graduate Work Permit will be ready by then. So my question is if i can leave Canada, can i enter back using my current study permit and current TRV?, since i have not yet received my Post Graduate work permit.

Only if the TRV is still valid when you return.

Yes. everything is valid, my study permit and my TRV expires in 2012, my concern is that im not in school anymore and my Work permit is still processing, so im a bit concerned.

Coming in and out Canada depends on TRV not on permits. Even you leave Canada after getting work permit, your TRV is same. So you are fine till your TRV is Valid.

how time does it take to receive pgwr after studies?? nd shud we apply right away after the completion of our studies..

Another questions, is that for example my work permit does reach in time by may, i would have my work permit, but then i would also have my student TRV, would that be a problem entering the country using a student TRV with a PGWP?
