I'm eligible to apply for express entry next Tuesday, and I've just been looking at the canada visa CRS calculator and it says...
Are you currently working in Canada on a work permit that is exempt from a LMIA by an international (eg. NAFTA) or federal-provincial agreement AND you have received a permanent, full-time job offer for a SKILLED position from your current Canadian employer?
I'm currently working in Canada on an IEC visa and I have a full time-permanent job in NOC Code 1312 which I have been working in since 24th february last year.... would this mean I am LMIA exempt? ???
maybe this is a silly question!
