quick question regarding Outland application

Im a canadian citizen sponsoring my wife who is american through outland application

On her outland Checklist it says on Number 12 Proof of Medical Examination for herself and each family member ?? Im only sponsoring her does she need to get all her brothers and parents to get a medical exam as well even tho they are not coming with her of corse

And same for number 13. it says to include photos of all family members ...

Does her entire family really require to get a medical and get photos taken or is this ONLY if they are dependents to her ?

No, just dependents. It will just be her if she has no children.
