LANDED..........
Landed a long time ago without residency!
I saw two conflicting pieces of information so I wanted to get some verification.

For applying for permanent residency through spousal sponsorship via the london visa office, do I send my medical examination with my app or wait for a request for it?

Thanks

It depends on visa office. Here's a guide which pertains to UK(among others):

I believe, this is after step 1 (where the sponsorship is approved).

send it with the application.

I did my medical last august 2010 but never send my application...
I want to do my medical again this year as we will forgo with my sponsorship.
I wonder if immigration keep medical records to check back if you indeed had your medical.

Your medical is good for one year from the date of examination, if this time has passed you will need to re-do your medical.
