My wife is currently working in singapore and she is not a permanent resident/Citizen there. My eligibility as a sponsor got approved. And it is currently on process in Manila.

Question:
1. Does she need to send her passport in Manila?
-if Yes, how can she go back to Philippines?

I would really appreciate it if someone can help us out. if anyone has the same case as her please give us a hint or stories about how do you guys made it. thank so much you for your time and have a great day! cheers!

I believe they would ask for her passport when it is needed and not hang onto it for an unreasonable amount of time. They will know she is in a foreign country. I sponsored a Filipina in the past but she was in Philippines. They didn't keep her passport long but I suppose things can change and all cases are different.
