Quick question on writing N/A in blank spaces

I'm working on IMM1334 Application to Sponsor. Do I write N/A for my telephone number extension and N/A everywhere for Alternate phone number and fax no.?

I assume you meant 1344, the one with the barcodes for the sponsor? If so, I would say it's not necessary as the officer will end up just using the barcodes to scan your answers on that specific form. If it's not necessary, the form will automatically gray out a N/A field anyways. On every other form though, it'd probably be a good idea.
