Quick question (Confused)

Hey guys I'm the sponsor and sponsoring my wife from Afghanistan through New Delhi Visa Office and recently I received my AOR2 and in it they requested for supplentary Information Form which is a form for Afghan applicants. Now in the guideline for Afghan applicants http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3911e.pdf page 8 it says 4 Different documents for Afghans the supplemtanry Information Form, which is what was requested but the other 2 are not requested (Residency Questionaire, and Authorization to disclose ignoring the one for dependents because We don't have any.

Now my question is should I send all the forms that are stated in the guide line or only the one they requested for which is the Supplementary Information Form

I've also asked other people some have told me to send all forms in guideline some say to only send the requested one.

Your input is appreciated thanks in advance.
