Quick question for seniors: we just received from office request for medicals, request of fresh proof of funds and state police certificates. is it guaranteed we will not need an interview?

Well, according to my understanding, you have received your IA. In my case, it was clearly marked that I would not require attending an interview. Please re-check all those documents and see if there is any information regarding "Interview"?

All I understand that the CIC must mention whether an "Interview" is required....

i think interview is done before medicals. so if you have received your medical request, this most probably means no interview. from what i have heard (from PMM), they can also call you for interview after the medicals but only if there is some security issue or if they find something suspicious in your backgrounds.
