When sending in the E-Medical proof sheet, is it ok to send simply in an email as an attachment directly to our visa office (Mexico City)? Or should we mail in? Or a Case Specific Entry?

Looking at your timeline, was the medical done as per request by CIC? If so, wasn't there any instructions mentioned on the request on how to send it?
Yeah we had sent original medicals back in September with our app but they expired, so they send a request to redo them. No specific instructions on how to send them back. I've had email correspondence with Mexico VO so I sent it to them like that.. I might also mail it?
