quick question about IMM 5532

Hey everyone quick question about IMM 5532 I am sponsoring my wife under family class, for question number 5 it asks about the addresses which i have lived in the past 5 years, i currently live in Canada but i have visited my wife with tourist visa and i kept renewing it every 2 months, i did this for almost 6 months do i need to include this as living in a new address thanks

So, to clarify, you are a Citizen or PR visiting your wife in another country? Are you planning to stay longer than the 6 months? Living in this case could go either way. If you are maintaining ties in Canada (a home, job, etc) and plan to return, then you are just a visitor. If you are planning on staying with your wife for longer and don't have many ties in Canada, I would consider this as living there.

For me, I put every address I lived at, even if it was less than 6 months, because I had moved house and literally lived there.

Question 5. Address History
How do I mention the current address as the "TO" date does not allows to enter 'present' or 'till date' words.

Any help is appreciated..

Enter current date: if filling it out today it would be current year and month (Mar 2017)
