Ordered my notes. Does anyone know if they end up taking the full 30 days to be processed? (On average of course)

Yes, they usually take a while, sometimes it takes even longer. Don't expect them in a couple of days. Everyone I've known who's ordered had a few weeks wait at least.

do you guys know what option to choose when ordering gcms notes? because it asks for what department are you writing to? and i don't see CIC there.

CIC is the previous name.

Always 30 days or more.. however you can be lucky enough though to get notes more than than 30 days when you actually receive them. Sounds confusing but you'll understand once you get them.

It's there. It's in between Health Canada and Industry Canada. It's in alphabetical order.
