Quick Query - Travel from India to Canada - Urgent

Hi,

So I have my PR visa & I need to do the soft landing.

My PR visa expires on 2 July 2023 while my Indian passport expires on 7 July 2023. Can I plan my soft landing in the first week of February? I’m slightly confused about the 6 month passport validity rule, in case it would apply to my travel & how?

Appreciate any help & clarifications.

Canada will not care as long as passport still valid on the day you arrive - BUT airlines are not always consistent about this.

But my guess is that if you are travelling in February you will be okay. (Since you say soft landing, note that this comment does not apply to returning to wherever you;re travelling from, you'll have to figure that out on your own)
