One of my document just delivered to WES and it was received by some person name J Maple.

Just like to confirm that is it delivered to right person at WES.

Yes. It is the standard mail-room name entry after the courier is delivered.

One more question - I just checked the Proof of Delivery - DHL. In that at the signature place, there is no signature over on it.

When I talked with DHL Customer People minutes ago, he says that it happens normally that received department at WES not signed but they did the receivable as this is why the DHL tracking page showing up as Received by J Maple. So is it normal?

Perfectly normal. J Maple is a collective pseudonym for receivers at WES mail room.

It's quite punny actually. The Maple leaf figures prominently on the Canadian flag and je m'appelle (sounds similar to J Maple) roughly means "My name is" in French.

Hi guys,

My sis also send her documents to the CES of University of toronto and according to the courier company it was delivered on May 27th , 2016 (Receive by same J Maple ). its been over a month now and we didn't receive the confirmation email or fee deduction receipt. I have enquired to the CES directly and the said that these documents have not been received yet to UofT.

Please guide what should I do next to track out this misplaced parcel.
