QUICK HELP - is a Diploma in HR after bachelor degree a wrong path?

Hi,

My profile- after bachelors degree, done PGDM Intl. Biz (india) and have work ex in HR. I want to continue in HR field, migrating to Canada.

Query- is a Diploma/ Adv. Diploma program right for me? (MBA is out of my budget )

I heard from someone that Diploma is only for people who have not completed bachelor degree. Is that correct?? :-[

Pls help, as i am running out of time and really need to take a decision. Tx.

You can get admission in a diploma program, but in my opinion, your chances of rejection are higher, and VO will simply reject the application becuse you have already a bachelors degree and you should take admission in masters program. That's what i know. lets see what other member say.

A lot of people in Canada pick up a diploma after they finish their degree. But expectations in different fields will vary, I don't know about HR.
