HI guyss..i need ur assisstance regarding fingerprint check..i need to send fingerprints to Australia for my police clearance cud any one plz let me know that where can i get my fingerprints or if i take it one blank paper and get it signed or attested by local police office will it work...plz..suggest..

plus how can someone obtain PCC from california US... my sister stayed there for 10 months..now in singapore...pls suggest..

She can probably ask the nearest US embassy in Singapore to get a PCC.

hi. CIO has notified us of our FSW approval. We received the notice last june 02. We are currently working on the completion of our docs. We learned of the changes imposed by CIC and has found a new set of doc checklist as we complete. Advice pls: do we use the "old" doc checklist (sept 2009) or we abide by the "new" doc checklist (june 2010)?

One of my friend is applying under new categories. He wants to know:

• Under new rules after 26th June, Do we need to notarize all photocopies of the orignals (as per Visa Office Checklist) while sending initial application to CIO, Sydney, NS
  
  Do we need to send original PCC to CIO or only photocopy to CIO and then after initial approval original to visa office?
  
  Do we need to send marriage photographs with initial application to CIO?
  
  Do we need to send legal and notarized translations of Marriage and Birth Certificates with initial application to CIO?
  
  Do we need to send original university selaed transcripts with initial application to CIO?

Any idea/thoughts?

Do not be confused. Read the instructions carefully. It says for FSW program now Academic Ielts shall be submitted only and below that they have the mentioned NOC's.

Now you can interpret yourself.

As of June 26, 2010, they will only accept a general IELTS result.

Hi, im also interested to know. I have gathered all my docs as well...transcript, birth cert, work reference letters, bank certificate..not sure if these has to be submitted to CIO in original forms or photocopy or certified true copies. The document checklist says COPY of VO specific requirements, but VO specific instruction said send the requirements to CIO.

Hi,

Send notarized photocopies to CIO and if you get approval then send original or notarized to local visa office. But PCC or IELTS might have to be submit in original form check the guide again

ORIGINAL PCC is not sent to CIO with initial package. It will be requested by VO at later date.
