I have one year work experience (not consecutive) in NOC B. However, my work permits is about to expire in two months. Someone said my experience will expire when my work permit expires. Is it true?

No, that is not true. If your work permit expires, your experience gained till then will still be valid but your legal right to work anymore will cease unless you extend your work permit or get a new work permit.

No, this is not true. However, for CEC applicants, work experience older than 3 years at the time of application is considered "expired".
