hey guys we aplied for my husband's visitor's visa i believe on aug26 and today he gota call from tcs to pick up his passport already its only bean 16 days or so ? how can they respond soo early oh well probably its a no ..i already applied for his permanent residency he is not in the town so cant pick up his passort for 2 days cant waiti to see what the response is ..

Shah i think he would be missing some application forms or there might be an issue with some of the documents. they usually don't look at visa applications so early. They probably returned with a note to make some changes before resubmitting it.

beeba.. i am not sponsering my spouse.. I am sponsoring my newborn child and no I havent received any acknowledge letter from ISL or Ottawa. I just received an approval of sponsorship letter.

So today after 128 days of wait they have finally returned the passport with TRV stamped. Alhamdulilah. The kid would be flying to Canada with his mom within a week Inshallah. The kid was 1.5 months old when we applied and now he is almost 5 months old!!!!! cant wait to see him

but i am happy atleast they decided that in 16 days and didnt make us wait 2 months to hear no
