Questions regarding "MPNP online application " (Urgent help needed)

Hi Friends, Hope you all are fine. I will apply online for MPNP (Family stream) soon. I want to ask some questions before applying so I won't be facing problems in future.


1) When I create an account and start filling forms myself, how will my sponsor's fill these forms online ? How can they do the signatures? Can I apply all by myself or my sponsor will also need to fill some forms online ?

2) Is the online application having same questions/method and forms which are mentioned in PNPKIT0909/ PDF file ? Or there are different questions and forms ?

3) I've passed IELTS (General), Can I apply from this IELTS or should I clear Academic IELTS because for immigration purpose, Academic is required and for student visa's, General IELTS is done.

4) In family stream, should I have minimum 10'000 CAD funds on my own bank account ? Or if my father have in his bank account. Can he sign a certificate or something that he will use these funds ? If not, Should I have these 10'000 CAD in my account for sometime or I can apply the next day when I open an account and deposit 10'000 CAD and then apply in same week ? should the funds exist for few months ?

5) If my Father owns some properties, Can he sign an affidavit or something that I am the inheritor of these property and his savings. Will it improve my situation regarding Settlement funds ?

6) How long is the complete process of this Online application (family stream)

7) If I completed 2-3 jobs in last 5 years and left the job. Can I apply in this stream or only people on Job can apply ?

8 ) What should I know before starting this process because I haven't used this online system before, Kindly mention some important factors which I should know before applying.

Ans.1) You can fill the forms all by yourself. Whole online procedure is very simple & havs helpful hints too. You are just supposed to enter few details of your sponsor & all relatives in Canada (preferably in Manitoba). You can ask your sponsor to give you those details & scanned documents or give your password or username(like I did) to them to fill out their details themselves & upload required documents.

Ans.2) Forms are quite different but questions are almost the same.

Ans.3) Only general IELTS is required.

Ans.4) No 10,000CAD should be in your own account from last 6 months, there is no other choice. It should be an active account showing transactions of last 6 months. You are not eligible to apply if you dont have funds since last 6 months, its a MUST. Its better to wait until 6 months.

Ans.5) No need for such affidavit if you have 10,000CAD from last 6 months then its more then enough to prove that you can establish yourself in Canada on your own.

Ans.6) Filling the forms & uploading each document usually takes 1-3 days & afterwards you'll get LOA within 3-4 months(I got LOA in less then 3 months but now it is taking a bit longer).

Ans.7) Its better to apply when you are doing a job in your intended occupation. No job will weaken your case.

Ans.8 ) Scan all your educational documents, work experience, I.D card, Birth certificates etc so you can upload them easily. Put all these documents with you so you can write these details easily in forms. It will save your time.

@ all, i have a question regarding settlement funds, can i apply immediately after depositing $ 10k CAD in my bank account or i have to wait till sometime and then apply ?

its written in the mpnpkit09 that balance and history of the account should be for the last 3 months

i need help also.. i just had my 10,000 CND $ last week. but my account before lets says it has at least 40k for last 4 months.. is it ok for me to wait for another 6 mo or its ok for me to submit my form?

lastly i have a problem with the online application. in the education field.. in the philippines we have 4 years secondary right? thats high school so equivalent to less than 10 years and college was 4 years also so equals to more than 3 years online. but i have some errors here.. i really need some helps pls. the online application is giving a major head ache. if only i could send some screenshots here.

hi i hope you could help me. I am confused about the documents to upload. Could you please send me the list of the documents you uploaded and in which part you did uploaded it
example:

Personal information:
Birth Cert (applicant)
Settlement plan - SP 1 & SP?

which documents to include

how about Family tree and the BC of my father? My relatives in Manitoba are my uncle and aunt-in-law, his wife. how can I show my relationship to him? In which part should I include the documents to support/prove our relationship.

Another, Can my Aunt, y uncles's wife, be the one who will sponsor me even if it is just my uncle who is working. i worry that my uncle would miss the call since he is busy with work. My aunt is at home most of the time so she have more availability to answer questions. As the online application state, :the person you authorize to communicate with the MPNP must be the close relative who will endorse your Settlement Plan. is that ok or it must be my uncle?
