Hi everyone!

If a canadian citizen going to apply for GCMS notes of her parents permanent resident application, how should she fill up the GCMS application form :

1. Electronics files > Status of an application > file number > Location

OR

Electronics files > Immigration file in Canada > Permanent Residence > Client ID number, file number > Location

2. What should be written on 'location' ? Singapore (Visa Office) or Canada or country of residence of her parents?

3. As she isn't a representative rather applying to get GCMS notes of her own application, does she need to write anything on Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) number?

Thanks in advance. ;D

you can get step by step guide to order GCMS notes on this link. that information is for spouse sponsorship case but i think it would be same for all categorise. change new delhi to singapore and you need to get one consent from your parents also to order notes on their behalf
best of luck :)

Thanks a lot for the info.

If I'm the sponsor, will I still need the consent from my parents?

yes because main applicant is supposed to order GCMS notes but only from inside canada and if applicant is outside of Canada, sponsor can order on behalf of applicant but sponsor needs applicants consent.

They have also asked to send the consent forms of principal applicant's wife and their son. Do they have to pay separate for these 2 applicants as well or the previous payment will suffice? They're all under the same application.

PLEASE advise.
