I request the experienced members of the community to kindly help me figure out these questions.
1 Question ) What do I have to write on the back side of the Application Fee Demand Draft? Is it Name, DOB and Passport Number?
2 Question ) What is the correct mailing address for Category 2 (NOC 2174)? Is it
"Centralized Intake Office – Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)

3 Question ) Dates mentioned on the forms ( generic, schedule A, schedule 3 .. etc ) and the application mailing date .. should they be the same? Mine are dated 4 days before the mailing date. Will it pose any problems?
