I graduated from a Canadian university with a Computer science degree and am currently on post-graduation work permit. If I work as a cook in a restaurant for a year, will it be considered as Canadian experience, and after one year can I apply for PR through Express Entry as Canadian Experience Class?

Yes, you can apply for PR as Canadian Experience class through Express Entry after one year of work experience as a cook. Post graduate work permit does not restrict a person to any specific field of work. But you have to calculate what your CRS score will be, after one year Canadian work experience and other factors like education, age etc., for getting PR.

What's the minimum CRS score require to get? Is there a way to check my CRS score?
