Questions regarding AOS document check list

I have a few questions regarding the documents need to be uploaded when applying for AOS.

AOS document checklist: https://www.alberta.ca/assets/documents/lbr-aaip-alberta-opportunity-stream-checklist.pdf

1. On the document checklist, it says both work permit and some other LMIA related documents need to be uploaded. I'm not really sure about what other LMIA documents refer to;

• Does Confirmation letter mean the letter sent to my employer when my LMIA was approved?

• What could be considered as 'Annex for all LMIAs uploaded'?

Because as far as I know, the LMIA number will be referenced to my work permit, which could be tracked by the immigration office.

2. On the work permit section, it says past Canadian work permit needs to be uploaded if applicable. Last time I was in Canada was 6 years ago and I discarded documents for my previous work permit as it was no longer valid ever since I left. In this case, would it be okay to just upload my current work permit?

3. Could T4 slip be used to prove my pay statements?

Confused you say the last time you were in Canada was 6 years ago but then include T4? If not working in Alberta, then how are you eligible. You need a valid permit for AOS. A LMIA is not enough to be eligible through AOS.

From AINP- AOS. At the time your application is submitted, and at the time the AAIP assesses your application, you must have a valid temporary resident status in Canada that authorizes you to work in Canada, that is, a temporary foreign worker permit.

Sorry for the confusion. I was on a working holiday visa last time I was here, which was 6 years ago. I came back to Canada in March 2022 with the LMIA visa and have been working here as a retail supervisor. I mentioned T4 because my one year experience is near to an end, hence, need to prove my pay statements when applying for AOS.
