1. Can me and my sister apply jointly for supervisa for our parents? We are both permanent resident?

2. Currently, they are alone in India, as our brother has also moved with us on student visa, so while including Income cut-off, do I include income supporting 5 people (me+my two siblings+ parents) or just 3 (me+my parents). -**my siblings are not my dependents.

3. They have a tourist visa refusal that they applied back in 2019, and the reason they gave us is financial stability, and family ties to india, their current financial stability is not that strong either, is that going to be a problem?

Also, is it an issue if we apply for one person at a time, or is it better if we apply for them on a single application?

1. No.

2. Just your parents and yourself (assuming you are single and have no children).

3. They will need to overcome these refusal reasons in their super visa application in order to be approved. Make sure they declare the TRV refusal in the super visa application.

Yes, i added a last question.
and someone messaged me to post under visitor’s.
You can apply for one parent at a time. The first parent will have a better chance of approval. If they will o ly travel together there isn’t a point of applying separately. Given that your brother is in Canada they will need very strong proof that they will return home after visiting Canada. You also need a plan as a family as to what will happen after their supervisa stay ends if they get approved. If you are counting on sponsoring them that isn’t guaranteed. Even if you qualify there is huge demand for limited spots.
