I mentioned before that I had 1200 emails between my husband and myself. If I just submit the listings of them - there are still 33 pages of lists of emails.

How much or what should I submit?

I also have hand written letters from him and his family members!

I also have 115 photos' What about them?

Hi,

You don't have to submit every letters and pictures. Choose what is important. Your Photos together with him and his family members will give more weight. IOs will not spare too much time to review all the letters and pictures. What I mean is that, you should not submit any thing to be considered as "junk". So please select few and submit.

I would print a selection of your actual emails, not just the headings. They will want to get a sense of your relationship, how the 2 of you relate to each other and what your conversations are. Subject headings will not tell them that. My husband and I wrote to each other almost everyday for a year and I printed every one (well, except a few!) If something is very personal, you can cross it out with a black marker. If I were you, I would print about 200 of your emails and then state that this is just a selection and that you have more available, if they need to see additional ones.

115 photos is probably more than you need but as I recall, you mentioned a large age difference with your spouse, so providing more evidence is probably not a bad thing. Make sure to have a selection of photos with the 2 of you and other friends and family so that all your photos are not just the two of you. Also, write on the back of each the date the photo was taken (doesn't have to be the exact date -- month and year is fine), who is in the photo, where it was taken and what the occasion was.

The letters from friends and family is a good idea.

I had 400+ threads of emails. I had chat logs going back a year that showed chats almost everyday. I had 100's of digital photos.

Instead of sending in everything I chose to tell our story using the items.

I picked pictures that showed where we met, family and friends we met together, where we were engaged, married, honeymoon, etc. I wrote on the back of each photoa date and info about the content. It showed a good timeline and our relationship progressing.

To go with that I printed a couple weeks of chat and explained that the 12 pages was a sample and that I had another 11 months of chat messages I did not include.

For the emails I showed 4 pages of headers showing that we had traded emails each day over the last 400+ days. Did not even include the content of any of the emails.

Additionally...I included photocopies of our visa's and tickets when we visited. I included information from my work and home insurance policies showing my wife and step son on my policy.

We were approved with no interview.
