Questions...pls answer.

Hello dear,

I am going to send my sponsoring denouements next week.My wife's police clearance report is going to expired on 3 December.So,I need to send my doc ASAP.

I have few questions.I would appreciate your reply.Thanks in advance.

1. Form 5490 "When was the marriage arranged?"---- what does this mean? Does it mean the actual marriage date or the date when the marriage time and venue was fixed after mutual agreements.?(My marraige was an arranged by our parents and relatives)
2. What is the fastest way to send doc to missisuaga.By courrier? If courierr then what should be the address? (my doc should be reached before 3 dec,12)
3. There is a question in the form 5504- " have u resided countires other than canada?" do i have to mention my home country? In the form ,it was not dictated since when I should start mentioning.
4. How much to pay as fees by the sponsor and the principal applicant?One of my friend said It is better to pay the landing fees now with other initial application fees to avoid unnecessary delays at the end of this process. .....I am not sure what to do.

In my case I wrote the actual marriage date as my marriage was an arranged by our parents as well...

2. What is the fastest way to send doc to missisuaga.By courrier? If courierr then what should be the address? (my doc should be reached before 3 dec,12)

If you are in Singapore,you have FEDEX, UPS also I guess..check with them and the package can be received my CIC within 4-5 working days.FEDEX took 2 days for my package from India to Canada.You can use any address i.e from the two address mentioned in the Guide and make sure u write ' Sponsorship - Spousal " on the top of the package...

3. There is a question in the form 5504- " have u resided countires other than canada?" do i have to mention my home country? In the form ,it was not dictated since when I should start mentioning.

I remember one has to provide address details for the last 5 years.All the address and countries you have resided in the last 5 years...( or 10 yrs not sure).

Total of CAN $ 1040 is what you pay for the spouse sponsorship.Its advisable to pay this amount with the application package to save time at the later stage of processing the file....

From Dec. 26, 2012 to Jan 29, 2013 NOTE: We rent a house and nothing else live with us, except my sponsor and I.

Q #28. "Are you currently living with your sponsor?
Answer: NO
"When did your sponsor return to Canada?
Answer: Jan. 29, 2013 NOTE: after he returned to Canada, I went back home, living with my mom and sister.

Q #29. "Are you living with someone other than your spouse?"

:-\PLS help, where will I base my answer on Q #29? Base on Q #27 or in Q # 28? I just wanna be with my hubby asap, but 'Im having a hard time answering those confusing question. I hope you guys can help me. Thank you.
