I am curently looking for work, I live in the U.S. And was woundering how to go about applying for a visa and how to go about looking for work. Right now I am umeployed and the job market here is not good. So if any one can give some information it would be a great help.

From what I've heard, it's extremely hard to get jobs from abroad. Try if you can to get a personal contact with the employer. Call them or something, talk to a person, ask if you can send your resume. Then maybe they will not throw it in the garbage right away. Thing is, there are a lot of unemployed people in Canada right now and employers don't appreciate the extra hassle of hiring a foreigner if they don't have to. So either you have some special skills that they need or you can talk them into believing that you do.
