Questions on Spouse visa, she was earlier refused study permit twice

Hi Friends,

I have few question on spouse visa.

I will be applying it for my wife, I was dating her for about 2 years and we will be registering our marriage In India.

Now the issue here is that she was earlier refused study permit twice and she had also enrolled herself for express entry -its now expired, will this cause an issue for us now?

Also, can anyone let me know what kind of evidence I would need to show. is anyone aware how long this would take?
