Thank you for the good information. Just to elaborate on what Coolinw has posted.
My wife and I want to go back to Canada at the end of April 2013 (or mid-way through May 2013).
We plan on sending our application this week.

Question: What evidence should I give for how much money I have made in Japan? I do not plan to send a C-Option as I have been outside of Canada for almost a decade.

Sorry, did not see that one. If you don't have an option C, then you can provide copies of your paystubs, and an explanation of how much money you currently make, and what is your plan once you go back to Canada. That should be enough!
