Hello, so me and my family have applied for Refugee Status in Canada before my youngest son became 18, after 7 months, the claim got refused, we are applying for an appeal but i am scared it might not work. so here are my questions and situation.

Can i apply for humanitarian even thought my son is already 18 (without the one year bar)?
I am currently the Co-Owner of a successful business the other owner is a Canadian citizen and i have Canadians working under me, my Older son is going to attending university but we are scared that if the appeal got denied we may get deported, is there anything i can do in order to stay in Canada? if not, is there anything i can do to come back to Canada as soon as possible if i get deported?
We are scared of returning we have started a new life here and everything is working so well but for the Refugee claim, we have been in Canada for a year now and we have no idea what to do with our selves. can someone suggest actions to do? we already have a lawyer working on our case and he says its not looking very good for us as it is now. can we fight the deportion if it gets to that and how?

If your refugee case is refused - then you'll have to successfully appeal that decision if you want to stay.

If refugee case is refused and you are forced to leave Canada - then the only way for you to return will be to apply to immigrate (e.g. through the Express Entry program) and return to Canada once PR is approved. You won't be approved for any temporary visa (e.g. visitor, work permit, study) due to the failed refugee claim.

Does being a co-owner of the business helps in anyway for express entry? and if so how and where do i mention it? and how long does it take for express entry?

Your business in Canada most likely won't be of any help. You won't be able to count this experience in your Express Entry application since it was obtained while in Canada applying for refugee status (you'll only be able to count any experience gained legally outside of Canada). You also won't get any extra points for having a job offer in Canada since this requires an LMIA (and you can't obtain an LMIA as a co-owner).

I can't help you with your H&C question. What does your lawyer say about H&C?

Actually, here's the answer for H&C:

You can only apply for H&C if you withdraw your refugee application before a decision is made. If a negative decision is made, you cannot apply for H&C within 12 months of that negative decision.
