As of my knowledge, your certificates needed for cost assessment by staff. So you can't get it done via Postal service or courier. Also, it takes more time or sometimes you will not get transcripts if you are not there in person.
But, If you know any staffs in Madurai Kamaraj University (Main) (Nagamalaipudhukottai), you can get it done. but you need to spend extra cost

I am in dire need of help. Can you please help me in filling out the transcript form of madurai kamaraj university. I am in Delhi and need to get my transcripts from the university through post. I have downloaded the form but its very confusing. I have done my MCA through this university. So as per my understanding, I will be requesting transcripts for 3 marksheets and 1 degree. That means total number of transcripts in one set will be 4.
Following is the form:
For candidates within India
MADURAI KAMARAJ UNIVERSITY
(TRANSCRIPTION COPIES – FEE STRUCTURE)
1. Xerox Copy ( For each ) - Rs. 300/ -
No. of Copies x Rs. 300/- [I need 3 marksheets and 1 Degree certificate. So will it be 4 x 300 = Rs. 1200 here?]
Search fee (for each certificate) to be remitted
i) Current year : 100
ii) From 1 to 5 Years : Rs. 200/- only
iii) From 6 to 10 Years : Rs. 300/- only
iv) From 11 to 20 Years: Rs. 400/- only
v) Above 20 years : Rs. 600/- only
vi) Post : Rs150/- only
[I fall in the category 11-20 years. So, the amount will be 4 x 400 = Rs. 1600 here?]
Total ----------------[will it be 1200+1600+150 = Rs. 2950?]
In point no. 7, following information needs to be filled in
No. of copies required
Any others please specify
Mark Statement (No. of Copies) - [will it be 3? because there are 3 marksheets]
Provisional Certificate (No. of Copies)-
Degree Certificate (No. of Copies) - [will it be 1?]
I wanted two sets. So, what and where should i specify that i require 2 separate sets having 4 transcripts (3 marksheets+1 degree)?

It seems thee is no other way than the one mentioned where you need to know someone at the university to obtain the transcripts.

Procedure is simple. But these Morons will not provide Transcript unless you pay them bribe. I hired one consultant to get it.
I have decided to go with MKU for proceeding with PG diploma course.. So just for my knowledge i am asking this, what is the cost for the consultant and how long it will take..
