Questions logging in on CAS

i could log in to the CAS 2 weeks ago. how come now im trying to log in it doesnt allow me or it saying they dont have a record but like
before i could see my application saying that it was being process. does anyone know y cant i log in anymore??

they might be doing some maintenance... or are you sure you are using the right combination of name + file number etc? I know it sounds obvious if you have done it before, but maybe try again with a "different combination". I use the File number (from the sponsorship approval, starting with F) + applicant last name (no first name, no initial) + applicant Date of Birth + Country.

what are you using? in any case - don't panic, it doesn't mean anything for your case - maybe they're putting more info into it... so just give it a try with applicant info, and if it doesn't work - wait an hour or two, and try again. I don't think it has anything to do with your application.

It happened to me too...try to cleared the history & cookies from your computer and try again..It works for me.

i have logged in before 3 times with no prob at all. i sent my application last month and after 2 weeks i tried logging in it worked it says that
they have received my papers and it was on process now i just thought of it so i went to checked it and log in and it sayin we were not able to identify you using the information you provided. so im just so curious :S

you must have the UIC# & File# F0000xxxxx, did try both?

try with different browser, explorer,firefox,chrome or just wait few hours ,maybe a technical issue, or they just updating. relax also you sure you didnt click where it says that you dont want the info to be available on the net?

thats the thing i dont know so i might just call them just incase. i tried again it still say that they dont have a record its just so weird.
