Questions in filling the Schedule 3 - Economic classes-FSW IMM 0008 E form

I have below questions in filling the "12) your work experience" question in the "Schedule 3 - Economic classes-FSW IMM 0008 E form"

i am having 3 designation with my current employer and 2 designation with my previous employer.
Is it enough to put 2 entries in question 12 b one for current employer and another one for my previous employer or should I need to put 5 entries in question 12 b one for each designation (i.e 3 designations from my current employer and 2 designations from my previous employer.
