i've been advised to take your opinion because i really feel so bad now as i can see NOC 3131 is running and i'm afraid i'll never make it again.
i applied last march but application returned due to cap reached.
i'm applying again this time and i prepared every thing BUT...
i am applying for me (main applicant) and my wife and 2 sons (2.5 years & 4 months) and my two sons they don't have individual passports but they are added to their mother's passport. the question is can i apply? if yes then what i have to write in the application as my two sons passport number? their mother's passport number or indicate it as NA? OR WHAT? IF NOT ACCEPTED TO APPLY THEN WHAT YOU SUGGEST??
do you recommend to fill old application forms or it's mandatory to fill new ones? about the new generic IMM0008 SHOULD I FILL THE NEW FORM? FOR THE BARCODE PAGE I HAVE TO PUT IT AS THE FRONT PAGE OF MY WHOLE APPLICATION PACKAGE OR THE FRONT PAGE FOR EVERY SEPARATE APPLICATION FORM?
PLEASE ADVISE ME AND GIVE ME ALL POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS AVAILABLE WITH MY GREAT REGARDS.

These are my suggestions:

1. Apply for PP for your children IMMEDIATELY.
2. Save a copy of the application of the PP request. (You will need to attach this with your PR application)
3. Your kids do have a PP #, even though they are presently attached with their mother's. So, include your spouse's PP #.
4. Fill the new forms...it will easier both for you and CIC. You may be asked to fill up NEW forms later...so why to delay the processing.
5. BARCODE pg on top of the COMPLETE application.
6. ADD A COVER NOTE ....in this note mention that your children do not have individual Passport yet but you have initiated the process to acquire the same (Give reference of the PP Request application with date....which would obviously be before the date of your PR application). Also mention that you will provide the pages of the NEW passport for your children to VO when ever you receive them.

Dear Maherzad...just curious to know ...what did you do last time for your PR with ref to PP of children? And why did you not initiate the process of getting NEW passport for your kids in March 2011....you know this is IMPORTANT. Anyways, dont waste any more time and gather the docs for your PR application.
