Questions for spousal sponsor

Hello,

I am a Canadian passport holder and my wife is in Karachi. Hence, I am sponsoring her and I have some questions while filling the form and requiring the backup.

1. My wife doesn't have a certificate for Grade 12 ( also called inter in Karachi ). She does have a matriculation Certificate from and a Degree certificate from university. Would this matter and become an issue ?

2. Her last name was spelled wrong on her birth certificate compared to her national identity card. As a result the birth certificate was re-issued with the correct last name. Do I still include the original ( which has wrong last name issued years back ) or should I include the new one with the correct last name ?

I would really appreciate someone helping me out here...

for ur question one,,just attach her inter mark sheet

and for question 2: attach new birth certificate

is somewhere on that new birth certificate is mention that u have old birth certificate as welll

1. What should be mentioned in marriage affidavit ?
2. Should the copy of the Nikkah nama be notarized ?
