Hi experts of this form,
Im planning to sponsor my parents in 2018
I have a couple of questions about sponsoring my parents and my younger brother (under 19)

1) when calculating the fee, is it 1040 (dad) + 1040 (mom) + 150 (brother) ?

2) since i am sponsoring my mom, dad (still married) and brother. so I just need to send 1 application? or do i have to separate the application for my mom and dad?

Thank you so much for replying, any input is appreciated!

Cheers,
fuyiii

Assuming you meet the income requirements for past 3 years, then enter the lottery first and if you're actually selected then you can worry about details of the actual PGP PR application.

Hi guys, I am have a question.
My mom in law came Nov 2016. Does she count part of family count in 2016 LICO?
I gave birth to our only daughter Feb 2016, does that makes 4 family count of 2016?
I do appreciate your reply

Is your mother in law here as a PR or on a visitor visa?

Your daughter must be included in LICO for all years (not just 2016 forward).

Yes , my mom in law arrived Nov 2016,
She is still with us up to date. As visitor
I am confused if she's counted year 2016 as she arrived Nov.
Please advise

Again, as a visitor or PR? If PR, did you sponsor her?

As visitor, sorry.
We are trying to sponsor her and was selected to apply this 2018.
We won't include father in law.
Thanks for your kind reply

You have to include your father in law unless they are divorced.

So assuming you have only one child, you need to meet LICO for 5 people for all three years.
