Questions for IMM 0008 egen

Hello,

My husband is a sponsor, and I am being sponsored by him. I have some quesions regarding to Family Class (Spouse: Immigration Part II) applying outside Canada (IMM 0008egen) as following:

1. I have changed names/ family names a couple of times, so there is no enough space to fill them into the form, would you please tell me if the below format of additional details on the addtional sheet of paper is acceptable by CIC? Should I rearrange?

IMM 0008
PAGE NUMBER: 1

QUESTION 3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ..........................

2. According to 1, when I fill them in to the additional sheet of paper, should I explain how and when I changed my names/ family names or just fill in the names/ family names themselves?

3. Details of Family Members, do I have to include my husband details here? I also looked at the old threads, some people said the parents and siblings should be included as well, but some said they should not be included. Could you please tell me?

i think they mean by family members that you have dependant children,,,etc,,,and husbands or wives,but since you have been sponsored by your husband and he is in canada,you shouldnt put him in that family members place,,,
i hope other friends here who know better then me answer you soon

My husband and I have been living and working abroad for few years now, so I am unsure if I should fill him in the family details or not. I am still waiting for replies from the experienced.

additional family members are ur children. since ur husband is YOUR sponsor u dont have to put him there.

on every additional sheet of paper u use, dont forget to put ur name, title of a form and number or letter of a question.

about ur names, u dont have to explain if they dont ask to. if they ask for ur names just write ur names.
